Ginger Quill is a large family cottage, sleeping between four and six people. The cottage features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two extra single beds in the lounge. Ginger Quill is positioned half way up the hill, close to the dams but with a scenic view of the surrounding landscape, and is also the only cottage with a luxurious Victorian-style bathtub.
Furnished with all the comforts of modern farm living, Ginger Quill includes:
Two bedrooms (king bed and two single beds) as well as two extra single beds tucked away in the lounge
Open plan lounge and dining area with a dining table and cosy indoor fireplace
Spacious bathroom with a shower and Victorian-style bathtub (towels, soap and toilet paper provided)
Fully-equipped kitchen (with gas stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, dishcloths, and washing liquid)
Private patio with a built-in braai and outdoor dining table, perfect for those family braai’s
Complimentary firewood, a basic WiFi connection, and solar power with a generator backup
Accommodation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is payable prior to arrival.
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
With 5 days notice, we are happy to replace king beds with two single beds.
Our farm and accommodation is pet friendly, but guests are responsible for familiarising themselves with our pets policy.
Guests are also responsible for familiarising themselves with the rest of our policies and indemnity disclosures.
