Sedgehog is a smaller family cottage, ideal for a family of four looking for a rural escape in the African bush. The cottage features one downstairs bedroom with a king bed and one loft bedroom with two single beds, while the spacious living area is perfect for family games night. Sedgehog’s concertina doors can be folded open to expose the entire living space to a gorgeous hillside view, seamlessly blending the indoor and outdoor.
Furnished with all the comforts of modern farm living, Sedgehog includes:
One downstairs bedroom (king bed) and one loft bedroom (two single beds)
Open plan lounge and dining area with a dining table and cosy indoor fireplace
Spacious bathroom with a shower (towels, soap and toilet paper provided)
Fully-equipped kitchen (with gas stove, fridge, microwave, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, dishcloths, and washing liquid)
Private patio with a weber braai and outdoor dining table
Folding concertina doors opening up the entire cottage to spectacular hillside views
Complimentary firewood, a basic WiFi connection, and solar power with generator backup
Accommodation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is payable prior to arrival.
We require a minimum stay of 2 nights.
With 5 days notice, we are happy to replace king beds with two single beds.
Our farm and accommodation is pet friendly, but guests are responsible for familiarising themselves with our pets policy.
Guests are also responsible for familiarising themselves with the rest of our policies and indemnity disclosures.
